How to Update Your Account Information
Update your name, email, address, or password on your ShopEarl account.
WARNING – Account updates apply to future orders only. We are unable to change the email address or shipping address on an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to change the shipping address on an order that has not shipped yet, the best option is to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address.
You can update your account information directly on the ShopEarl website. No need to contact support for basic account changes.
How to update your account:
- Go to ShopEarl.com
- Click the "Account" button at the top of the page
- Log in to your account if prompted
- Update the information you need to change (name, email, address, password)
- Save your changes
What can you update?
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your default shipping and billing address
- Your password
