What to do if your order was placed but you haven't received a tracking number.

If you placed an order and haven't received tracking information yet, here's what to know.

When to expect tracking:

Sellers on ShopEarl have 2 business days to ship your order and provide tracking information. Once the seller ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, and the tracking will also appear on your Orders page.

Yard parts may take longer to ship:

Some parts are "yard parts" — meaning they are still installed in a vehicle at the seller's yard and need to be removed (dismantled) before they can be shipped. Yard parts typically take an additional 1 to 3 business days beyond the standard processing time. If your order is a yard part, the seller may note this on the listing or reach out to you with an updated timeline.

Check if the seller has contacted you:

In some cases, the seller may have reached out to you with a question before shipping — for example, to confirm a part detail or verify your shipping address. Check your email and the "Message Seller" section on your Orders page to see if the seller is waiting for a response from you.

If it's been more than 2 business days:

If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order (or longer for yard parts), contact our support team with your order number. We will follow up with the seller on your behalf.

Important notes:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If the seller does not ship within the expected window, ShopEarl will follow up with the seller on your behalf. If the seller does not fulfill the order within 5 business days, ShopEarl can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • If a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after it has been processed.
