Refund After Cancellation: When to Expect It

How long your refund takes after a canceled order and where to check the status.

After an order is canceled — whether by you or by the seller — your refund is issued automatically. There is nothing you need to do to initiate it.

Once the refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days for it to appear on your bank or credit card statement. This is standard bank processing time and varies by financial institution.

Will my refund be for the full amount?

  • Seller canceled the order: Full refund. No charges of any kind.
  • You canceled before shipment: Full refund. Pre-shipment cancellations are free.
  • You canceled after shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you no longer need the part, you will need to start a return after delivery. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason. See How to Start a Return for details.

How to check your refund status:

Check your Orders page on ShopEarl for the latest status. If your refund has not been issued after the timelines above, contact our support team with your order number, and we will follow up.

Important notes:

  • The up to 10 days for bank processing is counted in calendar days and varies by financial institution.
  • If your refund has not appeared after 10 days, contact our support team and we will follow up.
  • Cancellations cannot be reinstated. If you need the part after canceling, you must place a new order.
