I Haven't Received My Return Label
What to do if your return was approved but you're still waiting for a label.
If you have initiated a return and you're waiting for a return label, here's what to know.
How return labels work:
After the seller approves your return, they will provide one of the following:
- A prepaid return label sent to your email and available on your Orders page
- A bill of lading (BOL) for freight shipments
- A return address for you to ship the part on your own
Not all returns include a prepaid label. In some cases, the seller provides a return address and you arrange shipping yourself. Check your email and your Orders page for the return details.
How to check your return status:
- Go to your Orders page on ShopEarl
- Find the order and check the return status
- Look for an email from ShopEarl or the seller with label or return address details
- You can also use the "Message Seller" button on your Orders page to contact the seller directly about your return label
If it's been more than 3 business days:
Contact our support team with your order number. If the seller has not provided return instructions within 3 business days of initiating your return, we can step in and resolve it for you.
Important notes:
- You have 15 days from the date the return label is issued to ship the part back. If not shipped within 15 days, the return may be closed.
- Check your spam or junk folder — return label emails sometimes end up there.
- Do not ship the part back until you have the return label or the seller's return address.
