Shipping and Delivery Information
Where ShopEarl ships, how long delivery takes, and what to know about freight shipping.
ShopEarl ships to the continental 48 United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations.
Shipping coverage:
- Continental 48 states: Yes — all orders ship within the lower 48 states
- Hawaii and Alaska: Not available
- International: Not available
Processing times:
After you place your order, the seller prepares and ships your part. Processing time depends on the type of part:
- Unbolted parts (already removed from the vehicle): These are ready to ship and typically process faster.
- Yard parts (still need to be removed from the vehicle): Allow an additional 1-3 business days for the seller to dismantle and prepare the part before shipping.
- Sellers have a 2-business-day window to process and ship orders.
Shipping methods:
- Small parcel (UPS, FedEx, etc.): Most parts ship by small parcel with free shipping.
- LTL freight (large or heavy parts like engines, transmissions, and body panels): These ship on a freight carrier. Additional fees may apply.
LTL freight — what to know:
- Freight shipments are for large or heavy parts that cannot ship by standard parcel
- There may be additional shipping fees for freight orders
- Residential delivery surcharge: If your delivery address is a home (not a business), a residential surcharge may apply. Shipping to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock can help avoid this fee.
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery — freight carriers often require a signature
Tracking your order:
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status on your Orders page.
