Track Your Order

How to check the status of your ShopEarl order and find your tracking information.

You can check the status of any ShopEarl order at any time from your Orders page.

How to track your order:

  1. Go to your Orders page on ShopEarl
  2. Enter your order number (starts with R followed by 9 digits) and the email address you used to place the order
  3. Your order status and tracking information will be displayed

What you'll see on your Orders page:

  • Order status: Whether your order is confirmed, shipped, or delivered
  • Tracking number: Once the seller ships your order, the tracking number will appear on your Orders page
  • Carrier updates: For orders shipped with integrated carriers, you will receive automatic shipping notifications and real-time tracking updates through Aftership

Shipping notifications:

When the seller ships your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You will also receive delivery updates along the way if the carrier is integrated with our tracking system.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while:

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, the package may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors. If tracking has not updated for 5 or more business days, contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate. We will work with the seller to determine what is happening with the shipment and find a resolution.

If you need help:

You can contact the seller directly using the "Message Seller" button on your Orders page to ask about the status of your shipment. Sellers are expected to reply within 3 business days. If you haven't heard back after 2 business days, contact our support team with your order number and we'll follow up with the seller on your behalf.
